Gentlemen:

In consideration of your providing me with access to your property located in Lincoln County, Georgia for the purpose of a field trip, I hereby acknowledge, confirm and agree that at all times while I am on or about your property, I am there at my own risk and will exercise the highest degree of care for my own personal safety and the safety of others. I will be very careful not to damage your property or any machinery, equipment, buildings, structures, trees, schrubs or vegetation thereon.

Moreover, I for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, hereby now and forever fully and unconditionally release you, and your successors and assigns from any and all liability of every kind of charactor which I may have or may in the future accrue against you, your successors and assigns because of, or on account of, all damages, causes of action, claims, demands, losses, injuries to persons or property which result from or which may hereinafter arise out of or in connection with my presence or activities on or about your property. Moreover, I further agree for myself, my heirs, and personal representatives to refrain from bringing any suit or proceeding at law or in equity, against you or your successors or assigns or any of your or their respective officers, directors, employees or agents in respect to any matter within the scope of the forgoing release.
