Digging is in my blood. I can remember the hole I dug in my backyard when I was a kid, finding all sorts of booty which was buried when they used to cover their burned trash. I found lead soldiers, coins, and even some jewelry at times!
I am a Home Inspector for anywhere in North Carolina, my day job, which has a very flexible schedule so that I can be at the mines a lot.
I am also a writer, and that info. is included below.
I have two kids, and children are my life. They're why I started the Sudbury School to begin with. Right relationship is the key to a happy life. I'm working on it!
The challenges of being a single dad are great, but I'm up for it. I just love hanging out with them. Both Nic and Alyssa come up with the most astounding things! They like to go rock digging, but only for the salamanders. They want me to find the gems, and then give them to them. I do that a lot.
By the way, MAGMA contains the best mix of people I can think of. You are all great! I love going on the big digs, because they remind me that really, camaraderie is what this club is all about. The real gems in our lives are the people around us! And yes, I'll take the emeralds too!
