As usual Graves had a great turnout..I believe we had aroud 36 members, new and old. Cars from NC, SC, GA, TN, FL, VA.
For many folks it was their first trip to the Mountain...many of our "seasoned members" helped out and gave them the lay of the land.
We saw quite a few pieces of Rutile..not huge but nice specimens...and of course the normal lazulite..coated quartz crystals...The mountain was echoing with sounds of sledges and rock hammers until late in the afternoon.
