About Us

I work for an environmental, safety and industrial hygiene consulting company for a living. IJTC is my “after hours” internet business that I hope someday will develop into a business that helps support me in my “old age”.

I have been a rock, fossil, artifact, bottle, book and what ever collector all my life. I collect most items for this site myself and many are found underwater. I also search clear cuts, gravel and borrow pits, phosphate mines, ditches, road fill materials, construction areas and any other areas where earth is being disturbed. Indy Jones Trading Company is located in Spartanburg, SC. My treasure hunting adventures take me from Tennessee to Florida and West to Texas. All materials are collected legally and ethically. I have “joined forces” so to speak, with my friend Rick Jacquot of Western North Carolina. Between the two of us, we should be able to keep you trained and entertained in the adventures of rock hounding and SCUBA treasure diving.
